This 2nd edition of Quartermaster General, whose previous French edition was voted best History game 2016, brings many changes.
The effects of the majority of the cards have been modified or clarified and 4 cards have been added. The borders of some areas of the world map have been moved. The United States has 1 additional fleet. Finally, a rule change has been made: when your deck is depleted, you do not have to discard any cards from your hand. Instead, you lose VPs.
